Order Process

1.

Orders that are successfully placed will receive an e-mail confirmation with the order details. If you haven't received an email, please check your spam folder or contact us for confirmation.

2.

Orders are typically processed in 1-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays, after receiving your order confirmation email. Items that are pre-ordered are processed within 1-3 business days of their arrival in stock.

3.

Please double-check that you have entered the correct address and order details. We are not liable for non-delivery due to address errors that you provide. 

4.

If you have any questions about your order, please contact us right away at help@surefirebbq.com We will be unable to make changes to your order once it has shipped.

Shipping Process

1.

All orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays, after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

2.

Calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

3.

We use ground shipping for most internet orders. Shipping transit times are typically 2-4 business days for domestic deliveries.

NOTE: We are not responsible for shipping carrier delays.

4.

Please double-check that you have entered the correct address and order details. We are not liable for non-delivery due to address errors, temporary addresses, or undeliverable addresses. 

Returns, Store Credit, & Refunds

1.

Returns will be accepted, within 30 days of purchase, for inspection and authorization. Please send an email to help@surefirebbq.com and include your order number and reason for return. Upon need of inspection and/or approval, you will receive instructions to return your order. All items must be in their original, unused, unwashed, and unworn condition. A store credit may be issued in some cases.

2.

Refunds on new and unused merchandise will be accepted within 30 days of original purchase. Please allow 5 - 15 business days for processing by banking institutions. All store credits will be applied to your account after receipt and inspection of the items. We offer refunds and replacements for broken or missing items. 

3.

All cancelled orders, refunded items, returned items, unclaimed packages, and packages returned to sender may be subject to a 5% cancellation/restocking fee and/or a handling fee. All sales are final on clearance items. There are no returns, refunds, or exchanges, for used or unused rubs and seasonings. 

We use only the highest quality spices to create our signature blends and seasonings.
