Tossed with olive oil, Seasoned Salt, and roasted over a charcoal grill, these sprouts are the perfect side for any dish.
Gear
Prepare your grill or smoker or cooker for 400 degrees. For this cook, we used a Roto Q-360 with the spinning basket to cook these sprouts. This is one of our favorite methods to get an even cook and add layers of flavor.
instructions
Step 1:
Split the Brussels sprouts in half, toss with olive oil, and coat with Sure Fire Seasoned Salt and a pinch of pepper.
Step 2:
Add sprouts to the rotisserie basket or any grill pan or roasting rack you have and place over indirect heat. Roast 20-30 minutes or until tender and charring on the edges, turning frequently. The timing may depend on the size of your sprouts and temperature.
Step 3:
Once the sprouts are tender and have a nice color and char, remove from basket or pan and serve immediately!
